Milestone Project Group looks for people who have a passion – a drive from deep within – for adding value and making a real difference for the people and the future of our clients. Specifically, we are looking for people who have an interest in solving strategic, leading-edge business challenges for Fortune 500 organizations.

Milestone values integrity, diversity, teamwork, commitment and work-life balance. We typically work on local client projects with minimal travel to keep close to our own homes and communities. And because we don’t do sales or administrative work, we’re able to focus 100% on our client work. We love what we do, we’re good at it, and we enjoy being part of the Milestone community, where administrative overhead is minimal and coaching, mentoring and project support is available when we need it. We are inspired by one another and truly enjoy spending time together. To that end, we hold monthly casual gatherings for social and learning events.

Milestone consultants typically have worked in the corporate world for 10+ years, have experience as consultants, and of course are problem solvers with strong analytical skills. We are expert planners, spot-on writers, change agents, learning leaders, process gurus or have managed projects aplenty.

A Note on Diversity

Milestone knows that having a diverse team – in experience, culture, ethnicity, gender identification or any other criteria – is good business. Different viewpoints and perspectives mean more creativity, skills and knowledge to put to work for our clients. More than that, it aligns with our values and it's the right thing to do.
